ifaiw@hotmail.com BioI'm a grad student at the University of Waterloo. I'm in the AI department, studying cognitive/computational linguistics (ie understanding language with computers).
I am addicted to stories, be they presented through books, movies, television, or computer games.
I think the following are incredible works of art:
-Books: The Chess Garden, Winnie the Pooh, Microserfs, A Prayer For Owen Meaney, The Fountainhead, The English Patient. I could name many, many more.
-Movies: Star Wars, Chasing Amy, Waking Life, The Sweet Hereafter, Apocalypse Now.
-Television: The Sopranos, Six Feet Under, Traders, Twitch City.
-Computer Games: System Shock
